Kathryn

(She/Her/Hers)

I am a licensed professional counselor and specialize in anxiety and depression in teens (14+) and young adults. I am passionate about working with teens and young adults to repair their most significant relationships and support them along this journey we call life. I offer teen and parent support as a positive discipline parent educator and love working with parents to better navigate the highs and lows of parenting.

I started Koselig Counseling as a reminder to get back to what is important in life; connection to others and getting back to the basics of living our best life.
